Danielle Weatherly

Danielle has been a dance instructor since 2010 after a short career as a professional dancer in L.A. She was injured at just 17 years old which forced her to make the decision to either rehabilitate quickly and likely get hurt again, or become a teacher and continue her passion for years to come. She has taught competition, recreational and summer intensive dance programs in all styles at many studios across Southern California. After years of teaching competition teams and traveling constantly, she decided to make a career change to stay closer to home. In 2015 she got her Pilates Certification and has switched to teaching Pilates classes and Pilates for physical therapy one-on-one. Always a dancer at heart, she is grateful to be able to continue to teach dance at Rowe Dance Academy. Her favorite styles are ballet, contemporary, jazz and tap.
